As part of the FODIAC project, I had a perfect time in Bioinicia, understanding how to scale up the encapsulation of bioactive by using electrodynamic processing.

Thanks to this secondment, I also reinforced the institutional links between INL and Bioinicia, strengthening the collaborations in using the pilot electrospinning facilities at Bioinicia to expand the INL research applications of encapsulated food ingredients.

At a personal level was a fantastic experience to share with my colleagues at Bioinicia some beers and tapas in Valencia.
