As part of the FODIAC project, I had a good time at DomusVi Headquarters and Residences.
This secondment was an immersive experience in a field a priori estrange for me. It allowed me to go out of my comfort zone to understand the reality and complexity of providing care to elderlies.
During my secondment, I learned about the constraints and requirements of elderly diets and how to implement clinical trials and acceptance/organoleptic tests.
At a personal level was a fantastic experience to share time with DomusVi staff and residents.
